General Overview of KDBUz Mobile Application

• Access is exclusively available to individual clients of KDB Bank who wish to utilize the MultiPay application.
• The KDB Mobile Banking application offers support for three languages: Uzbek, Russian, and English.

Functional Capabilities

• Clients can register for mobile banking using their UzCard, Visa Card, or Demand Deposit Account held at KDB Bank.
• The application provides a map-based feature to locate bank branches, displaying addresses, contact numbers, and operating hours.
• Users can enable push notifications for various alerts and updates.
• Language preferences can be customized within the app.
• The application displays real-time currency exchange rates.
• User settings can be modified, including updates to personal information such as passport details, login options, and security questions.
• Account balances are accessible for all card types, demand deposit accounts, and wallets.
• Transaction history for payments, currency exchanges, and conversions is available for review.
• Clients can generate account statements covering up to three months for cards, wallets, and demand deposit accounts.
• External UZS transfers are permissible from UzCard KDB accounts to UzCards in other banks.
• Internal UZS transfers are facilitated between UzCard and demand deposit accounts within KDB Bank clients’ holdings.
• Cards can be blocked in case of loss or theft to prevent unauthorised transactions.
• The application supports payments to a variety of service providers, including telecommunications, internet providers, and utility companies.
• Replenishment of Visa Cards, FCY demand deposit accounts, and FCY wallets via online currency conversion from UZS accounts is supported.
• Reverse currency conversions are available from FCY accounts back to UZS as well as transfers involving Visa, FCY demand deposit, and wallet accounts to UZS accounts.
• Transfers can be made between the user's own accounts within UZS and FCY categories seamlessly.
